All of our breads are made with top quality ingredients, long fermentation times and love! We bake our light honey wheat bread everyday for the sandwiches on our lunch menu, but we can bake any of our flavors for a special order (please call a week ahead).

Long fermentation, great tangy flavor. Plain, caramelized onion & herbs, or jalapeno cheddar. Baked on Saturdays.
Made with King Arther wheat and rye flours, Rocky Soil Family Farm cornmeal, oats, a variety of grains and seeds, buttermilk, Full Moon Farm Honey, sea salt and yeast.
