Tupelo’s Classic Salads
Big Green Salad… our classic and famous
salad that starts with lots of fresh organic mixed baby greens, toasted pecans,
dried cranberries and feta cheese crumbles and is finished with a toss of our
house balsamic dressing. Served with a

Tuna Salad Plate… organic mixed baby greens
topped with two scoops of our house tuna salad and fresh tomato wedges. Each
salad is served with a slice of today’s bread and a side of our house balsamic

Harvest Salad… All the garden’s goodness
tossed together…organic mixed greens tossed with shredded carrots, sliced
cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, toasted sunflower seeds and sweet

peppers, and finished off with our own Italian vinaigrette, canola mayo and

Tuscan Turkey Wrap… Boar’s Head Honey Maple
Turkey with creamy Boar’s Head herbed cream cheese, our homemade olive
tapenade, lots of healthy spinach, and toasted sunflower seeds, all tucked into

Tupelo’s Tuna
Luna Sandwich…
Our kicked up version of your Mama’s tuna salad and it’s got the cult following
to prove it. We take our freshly baked
bread, spread on a little mayo, then generously scoop our own tuna fish salad
made with local, free-range eggs, diced onion and celery, sweet pickle relish
and finished with our fantastic dill infused mayo dressing. On to this already great sandwich we pile
fresh tomato slices, organic mixed greens and cheddar cheese slices. Whole $7.50 Half $4.25
Classic B.L.T.
Sandwich… We take crispy Boar’s Head Bacon, fresh thick
slices of tomato and a handful of mixed organic baby greens then pile it on our
freshly baked bread that has been spread with generous amounts of mayo to hold

Turkey & Swiss
Sandwich… Simply classic but wonderfully tasty! Boar’s Head Honey Maple Turkey, Baby Swiss
cheese, fresh tomato slices, thinly sliced onions, organic mixed baby greens,

take the wonderful flavors of our Big Green salad and pile them up with Boar’s

packed with flavors! Grated carrots,
